Project aboard

Instantaneous wide-area real time synoptic remote sensing of the marine environment off the coast of Japan in 2025. The emphasis is on novel large scale quantitative sensing of marine life and ecosystem dynamics from physical parameters extracted from remote acoustic measurements as well as the effects of geophysical and biological factors on such wide area acoustic sensing.
