Project aboard

This cruise is designed to give ~12 K-12 teachers from Rhode Island a research experience at sea on R/V Endeavor. The educators are presented with some research questions in oceanography as well as the methods employed to address them. The educators receive hands-on opportunities to deploy and recover instruments as well as analyze samples on board.
